Common Questions About Access & Membership

Can I use the spa if I'm not staying at The Peaks Resort?
Yes. Day passes are available to anyone, whether or not you're a hotel guest. Adult passes are $60, youth ages 6 to 15 are $30, and children 5 and under are complimentary.
What does a day pass include?
One day of access to the pools and thermal amenities, the fitness center and movement studios, the locker rooms, and guest amenities. Treatments and salon services are booked and paid for separately.
Can children use the spa?
Yes, with limits. Day passes are available for children 6 and up, and children 5 and under are complimentary. Guests under 16 are not permitted in the lounges or the gym, even when accompanied by an adult, and must be accompanied by an adult on the pool level — the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, water slide, steam room and sauna.
When does a 31-day membership begin?
An individual membership is $450 and runs for 31 consecutive calendar days from the date you enroll, rather than from the start of a calendar month.
What's the difference between a membership and a day pass?
A day pass covers a single visit. A membership gives daily access over a set period — $450 for one adult over 31 days, or $700 per month for a family of two adults and two children through age 24.
