Planning a treatment or spa day in Mountain Village? Here's what to know about arrival, attire, amenities, cancellations, age requirements, and spa etiquette before your visit.
A little preparation leaves more time to enjoy your experience. Review these guidelines before arriving, and contact the spa team if you have questions about a treatment, health consideration, or amenity.
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your treatment time. That gives you room to check in, change, and settle before you're taken back.
Robes, slippers, towels, and lockers are provided when you check in. Swimwear is required in the co-ed pool areas. Attire guidelines differ in the gender-specific soaking and locker areas, so please ask the spa team if you are unsure.
For Thai massage, wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch. You will remain fully clothed throughout the treatment.
Phones are not permitted in the men's or women's Roman soaking areas, as these spaces are clothing-optional. Elsewhere, please silence your phone and keep conversations low throughout the relaxation and treatment areas.
We ask for 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. Your confirmation email includes the full cancellation policy, sent as soon as you book.
Day passes are available for children 6 and up, with 5 and under free. Guests under 16 are not permitted in the lounges or the gym, even when accompanied by an adult, and must be accompanied by an adult on the pool level — the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, water slide, steam room and sauna. The Palmyra Prenatal massage requires that you be past your first trimester.
Please tell the spa team about pregnancy, allergies, injuries, recent procedures, or medical conditions that could affect your treatment. Prenatal massage is available after the first trimester. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider before booking.
Your comfort matters. Let your spa professional know your preferences for pressure, temperature, music, positioning, and conversation. Treatments can be adjusted whenever appropriate to help you feel comfortable and supported.
Prices do not include gratuity. A gratuity of 20% is customary and can be added at checkout.
Lockers are available for clothing and personal items. We recommend leaving jewelry and other valuables at home or in your hotel room whenever possible.
